Trina joined the MCCAC in July 2018. She previously served as Chief Sustainability Officer with the University of Alberta where she led the development of the Campus Sustainability Initiative and helped position the university as Canada’s Greenest Employer ten years in a row. Trina is the vice-chair of the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education and a member of the City of Edmonton's Energy Transition Leaders Network. She holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Forestry, as well as post-graduate certificates in change management and corporate social responsibility. She is also a designated director with the Institute of Corporate Directors.
Marc joined the MCCAC in May 2016. He previously worked with the Government of Canada in Western Economic Diversification and the City of Edmonton in Sustainable Development. Marc is a graduate from the University of Alberta's Environmental Studies degree program where he also completed a Certificate in Sustainability. He also holds a LEED® v4 Green Associate accreditation.
Calvin joined the MCCAC in June 2017. He has experience working in the solar photovoltaic industry and holds an Alternative Energy Technology diploma and Project Management Leadership certificate from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT). Calvin is also studying part-time in NAIT’s Bachelors of Technology in Technology Management degree program.
